The Saginaw County Probate Court's Inventory Fee Calculator rounds inventory fees to the whole dollar, per 2005 PA 326, which took immediate effect on 12/27/2005.
In calculating an inventory any encumbrance must be deducted from the value of any real property that has been included in a descendent's estate. This is per 2012 PA 596, which took immediate effect on 3/28/2013.
